Adrienne Göhler talks with Judith Siegmund about her book »Verflüssigungen« (»liquidations«) and the role of artists in cultural society. As already the title of the book reveals: a numb and inflexible society is to be replaced by something new, something more flexible – a cultural society.
Adrienne Göhler assumes that the arts and sciences will play a decisive, constitutive role in a future cultural society. In our conversation with the author, Judith Siegmund, we will put to question what exactly, according to her, the cultural society will look like and which part artists could play in it.
